And just like that, the year 2023 is finished for DWB! 🎉 What a year it has been… this little chook has had a very busy year! 😴 Thank you to all the beautiful ladies that became a DWB bride 👰🏽‍♀️ Thank you to those who took the time to send me photos and leave a review - by the way, it’s never too late for either! 🫶🏻 I am looking forward to meeting many new brides in 2024 and seeing those who have already signed up and can now say ‘I am getting married this year!’ 😍 I am back at the helm from Saturday January 6th, which is already completely booked out! 🤍 If you are planning on visiting the DWB studio and would like a Saturday time slot, my next available appointment is not until February 3rd, so please get in touch soon! 🗓️ Over the break, I’m planning on taking a few days to revamp the studio in preparation for new dresses, as well as spending time with my family - I absolutely adore time with my granddaughter 🩷 I will still post any updates here during my break ✨ Stay safe and have a wonderful holiday everyone! 🎄 To finish off a little compilation from the year that was 2023 of just a few DWB brides. www.denisewright.com.au

Time to Twirl

I just love, love, love this 😍 Amy was married last week and this is her having a twirl in her beautiful tea length wedding dress, the day she collected it 🤍 This dress is from my ‘Off the Rack’ range and it went through quite a transformation. Amy wanted the illusion front V insert plunge raised for a more modest look - not a problem! 😌 She also was hoping to change the three quarter length fitted sleeves to flutter sleeves - yep, sure, I can do 👍🏼 Then the biggest change. This dress was floor length and had a long train. Amy had been dreaming about a tea length dress, and this dress would be perfect as tea length… let’s do this! ✂️ So, chop, chop, chop… there’s no turning back now! Amy was a little nervous when she came to try it on after I had removed the train and length but I told her that the dress was gorgeous. When she tried it on, she was over the moon 🥰 I am so looking forward to seeing photos from the day ✨

Sparkle Time

If you want to sparkle then DWB has got you covered ✨ I put a lot of love (as well as time) into each DWB custom couture wedding dress. Brides need to put a lot of trust in you when making a bespoke dress. This is just a sneak peak of the next DWB bride to walk down the aisle, next week! 🤍 Please keep in mind a few things with a custom couture wedding dress… I only take a limited number of clients each year, and I already have several bookings for 2024 🗓️ I don’t do exact replicas of any dress - this isn’t possible because of copyright laws and because I don’t own the patterns. Additionally, many laces are exclusives to designers ✌🏼 My bespoke dresses start at $1100. I only use quality fabrics and, on average, I spend 50+ hours on each dress. That doesn’t include the consults, fittings and communication time 😮‍💨 I do what I do because I love doing it 💕 Get in touch if you are considering this option 🥰

Tonight I am showcasing the first of my exclusive DWB range. This studio sample is a Size 10 but remember - with every DWB client custom made dress there is no sizing or alteration costs and no plus size fee 💕 Introducing ‘Molly’ 🥰 Made in satin, glitter tulle and bridal tulle, this dress has a classic princess style cut skirt. The front bodice has very light ruching with off the shoulder band sleeves, and my sample is in all black. Currently Molly can be made in - all black - all white - black and white - black or white with pink or red or emerald glitter tulle Priced at just $1400 for full length or $1100 for tea length.
