True Blue Spit Roast is a mobile catering service that comes to you. We roast our meats on specially design spits for 8hrs. My spits don't produce smoke and may be used indoor or outdoors, We offer packages to suit any occasion.
Cooking meat on the spit for 7-8hrs means the meat is cooking in its own juices so it comes out tender and full of favour.
My aim is to help make the event successful .
Our moto is "you host, we roast".

Catered for lovely wedding on private property in Fiarbridge. Lots for horses, goats on property.
The Bride arrived on horse to ceremony.
Afterwards everyone enjoyed a lovely hot spit roast lunch. Butt of beef had been cooking since 3.30am.
