I really dont like making these posts..... but just a reminder to please read the terms and conditions sent with invoices, and return hire items clean, and in the same condition you received them.

I'm considering a small increase in particular to the table and stool package, as these are constantly being returned without being wiped down, drawn on, etc. The stools have increased in price significantly to replace since I started this little business, and whilst of course I will clean and sanitise then once returned, the extra time it's taking to try an remove stains and marks because food, pen etc has been left on them, is not being compensated for.

I feel that it's a super affordable package, and really don't think it's much to ask to give items a quick wipe over as they are packed away.

I'm a working mum of 3, with a FIFO hubby, but I will always try my best to cater to customers' needs. My family time is precious (as I'm sure it is to all the busy parents), and it just gets a bit frustrating when it is a consistent issue.

I really do appreciate your understanding and the business all you beautiful people have given me over the last few years.

Well it's been a hot minute and I apologise for being MIA for a few months.

This year has been a roller-coaster ride and my family has been through alot, but we are still here making parties extra special. I just haven't been able to post.

Been so flat out and a but slow posting, but the gorgeous Keeley celebrated her birthday a couple of weeks ago with a self set up slumber party.

Unfortunately I am having to repost about the state that hire items are coming back.

I keep things as affordable as I can because I know life is expensive and the terms and conditions you agree to when you make the booking state that items must be wiped down before they are returned.

I am still getting tables and stools, tray tables etc back with food etc all over them. I don't expect it to be immaculate, as I always clean and sanitise before the next hire, however even just as respect to our things that are not cheap to keep replacing, please ensure they
are in a decent state when being returned.

I have not retained bond money for the extra cleaning, but moving forward, if items are returned in an unacceptable state, a cleaning fee will come out of your bond.

I hate to have to make a post like this, because I have always tried to be easy going, flexible and understanding. I also work 5 days a week on top of this little business, have 3 kids and FIFO husband. I love helping to make your parties special, and I value every one of my customers, so I really appreciate your understanding with this.

Anyway, enough negative now.... Hope everyone is looking forward to an amazing long weekend!❤️

I try to ensure that our items are affordable, so would really appreciate if items were treated respectfully so I can continue to keep prices competitive.
