Adam's Coffee Espresso is owned and operated by Adam, who brings 27years of experience from working in the Australian Army's Catering Corp to his business. Currently situated weekdays (6am to 330pm) at the south bound truck stop on Picton Rd, 2km past Macarthur Drive, where he offers coffee, cold drinks, and fresh bbq meals to travellers! Making one of the best Coffee's you'll ever taste, also at
a very reasonable price are soft drinks, energy drinks, water, muffins & Sweet breads, and a bbq. Adam's Coffee Espresso is also available for any kind of show, sporting event, function, school event, festival etc. If you require other catering needs, we are often able to help as well! A phone call or email is all it takes at any time to book for an event and we will always do the best to cater to your needs. And the best part? All of this comes with a smile and happy attitude.
Dear customers & friends, just a reminder that Adam will definitely be back at the truck stop at Wilton tomorrow. He had a trial run on Saturday to make sure all was good & the truck went well. He is a very excited man to be back at work as he has missed you all (don’t tell him I told you that as he will deny it 🤣)
Dear Customers exciting news, the truck is finally fixed & Adam will be back to the truck stop on Picton Road, Wilton on Monday 5 August at the usual time. Dear customers, we have finally been given a much more positive update on my truck. All parts have finally come in & hopefully by mid next week my truck will be up & running & on the road again. These past 4 weeks have been extremely difficult & very frustrating but hopefully once I’m back on the road again I can get back on track with the truck stop & weekend events. I have missed everyone & am very excited to see you all again soon. I again apologise for the inconvenience this has caused but it was completely out of my control.

Dear customers, an update on Adam’s truck is that it is still being worked on as some of the parts that were needed had to be made as they are a specific type of part. Unfortunately there was quite a few things that need to be repaired but hopefully all will be fixed by the end of the week & Adam will be back at the truck stop next Monday. We thank you for your understanding & apology for any inconvenience this has caused.

Dear customers, unfortunately Adam was involved in a bit of an incident on the way home from work today so will not be able to get to the truck stop for a little bit. His exhaust on the truck caught on fire & luckily for Adam he saw this & pulled over & shut off the truck. Unfortunately damage has been done. The truck is currently with our mechanic who will hopefully be able to fix it as soon as he is able to. Dave our mechanic is extremely busy currently so we need to be fair to his other customers as well but sincerely hope that not to much damage has been done & we can have Adam back on the road again very shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience but this is out of our control. Cheers Adam & team.

We are hoping that this surgeon will be able to do the surgery tomorrow as the longer it is left the more sight issues he will have. Dear Customers, poor Adam has been so sick I was starting to think that he was glued to the bed as all he did was sleep.
Anyhow he is now starting to finally improve & thought he would go back to work on Monday. Me being the very mean wife have told him to give himself at least one more day of rest. So he have given in to me & is planning to be back to work on Tuesday. We do apologise for any inconvenience but he was much better being at home & not spreading his germs everywhere & to everyone. To all our customers, if it doesn’t rain it pours for Adam presently. Sorry for the pun but our poor boy Adam is now very sick & can’t even lift his head off the pillow. He has been doing his best to be back at the truck stop every day but as usual the weather has been terrible & now he is so unwell. I am throwing everything possible at him to help make him feel better but at the moment it is not doing much. He will definitely not be at work tomorrow & for the rest of the week we will just have to take each day as it come. Someone is very happy to be able to be back at work again. It’s been a very hard 2 + months for Adam with so much frustration & disappointments but hopefully that is all behind Him now & he can be at the truck stop every day now catching up with all his customers & having many laughs & great chats. Thank you so much for everyones kind words & understanding it is very much appreciated.
To our customers & travellers this has been an incredibly hard couple of months for us with all the rain & flooding that is happening around the Wollondilly area. This has affected our business pretty badly as Adam has not been able to use the truck stop at all. Every day he is going out there as usual at the same time but lately the truck stop is full with very weary grain truck drivers resting. Normally this is never an issue but because of the terrible weather it is impossible for Adam to park in his usual spot as the ground is so soggy & unstable & he would not be able to get the truck out at all if he parked there. He has contacted the RMS & asked if they could cut the grass as once that is done the ground should dry out quickly. He has also asked if they could put some kind of road base down so he is able to be there every day. Unfortunately the RMS will not help us out in anyway. Firstly, they have said the grass is still to wet to cut & secondly, they have no intention of spending any money on the truck stop at all. This has devastated us as we feel that we are letting everyone down through no fault of our own. Please be patient with Adam as he is trying all he can to get back to the truck stop but it seems like everything is against him. If there is anyone that might be able to help us out in anyway to get the truck stop running again with fresh coffee & food from Adam then we would be very grateful. Cheers to all.
