WHAT TIME SHOULD I PUT ON THE INVITE?
โMy ceremony starts at 4:00pm and I'd like everyone to be there at 3:30pm ready for the start."
Whatever time you put on your invite, most guests will know to turn up earlier and not 1 minute before the start time. Some might even arrive o arrive up to 40 minutes before the start time especially if your wedding is at a venue or location that they're not familiar with or have to find parking.
So, if you have put 4:00pm on an invite, then be prepared for your guests to start arriving from 3:30pm onwards.
This might be okay if your venue can provide drinks, air con or heating, and toilets but if your ceremony is on a beach or in the bush, or you're using a gazebo in a park that doesn't have toilets, this could be an issue for guests, especially those with children or the elderly.
Most couples put the actual ceremony start time on the invite with the assumption that the most of their guests will know to arrive and be seated before it starts.
But if you know your family and friends are prone to being late and you're still concerned they won't be there on time, simply put:
Ceremony at 4:00pm โ Please arrive by 3:30pm

FOR GUESTS TO THE MARKETS
Weโre inviting families, Individuals and groups to come spend time at our amazing establishment Peel Manor House.
COST
There is NO cost to attend.
TIME
11.00am to 3.00pm
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking inside the grounds of the manor, we ask that you do not park on the main road out of respect to our neighbours.
FOOD AND DRINKS
We have a number of food vans serving food that is fresh and caters to all dietary needs, in which you can purchase from, they will also be selling soft drinks. We even have the traditional sausage sizzle stall hosted by Baldivis Rotary. All alcohol sales are via Peel Manor House from the bar inside, you are welcome to take it outside, as weโre licenced we ask that you do not bring your own alcohol into the grounds. This is in accordance of our liquor license. (NO BYO)
DOGS
Are very welcome on the grounds as long as theyโre sociable and always on a lead attached to a responsible adult, you are fully accountable for all your dogโs actions including we ask that you bring a doggie bag for their whoopsies, four legged family members sadly are not allowed into the manor house.
SEATING
Whilst we do have some tables and chairs around the grounds, its best to BYO your own garden chairs and/or blanket.
OUR GROUNDS
We have 10 acres for you and your children to walk or run around in.
WHAT IS THERE TO DO
We have music, childrenโs English garden games, market stalls or/and perhaps go for a walk around our own natural pinnacles.
MARKET STALLS
We have all ranges of stalls showcasing their products and services. Stalls are located inside our Manor house and scattered around the grounds as well, we have many varied local businesses and hobbyists sharing with us their items. Including a number of food vans serving food that is fresh and caters to all dietary needs.
WHY ARE YOU HOSTING THE MARKETS
We love these days as we get to show you our 10 acres and the inside of the Manor House. Plus its wonderful watching the kids running around and the families and friends engaging with each other, often without a phone in sight. Plus you may decide to then host your event, wedding, function or just attend one of our inhouse events.
A little bit about us, Kristy & Mitch, husband & wife team who created and run Evolut Events - we were married at PeelManorHouseFunctionCentre] back in 2017! This is their iconic staircase โค
Now we are excited to return to PeelManorHouseFunctionCentre] to exhibit at their markets, this Sunday the 27th of March. 11am - 3pm. Pop in and say hi ๐

It was a pleasure setting up for this large wedding at the Botanic Terrace Pavilion. This spot is perfect for your ceremony as there is room for lots of chairs, with extra seating on the terraces. It is also features coverage overhead to provide shade and keep you dry if you are lucky and have rain on your wedding day..
