Well, on Sunday 19th May Farm 2 Fork will visit the farm of "Tarzan" (aka Mark Herlaar - an Australian television star) and his family.
This flavoursome stop on our Farm 2 Fork trail is the origin of the deliciously healthy Manifest Kombucha. You’ll meet the Herlaar family who’ve had a 40-year presence in the area and a great connection to the local land.
The Kombucha is brewed using the pristine spring water from their picturesque Merritts Creek farm and high-quality ingredients; resulting in some delicious flavours of their calming brews.

The lawns are looking 👌🏼 for this Sunday’s Autumn Picnic. Kick your shoes off, lay out the picnic rug and enjoy a good old fashioned Sunday Picnic…except for this picnic, there’ll be live music, you don’t have to do the catering, and we’ll mix the cocktails for you! Rolling pastures paint the backdrop, with Black Angus & Dohne Merino’s dotting the landscape. The pobblebonk frogs in the dam can be heard from up here, and the creek is trickling still from the recent rain. The ancient Moreton Bay Figs framing the garden, house a myriad of native wildlife which can be seen from your table through the floor to ceiling glass.
Originally built as the machinery shed for the dairy, we think it’s not too bad for an old shed.

Our little old shed has a new look, with big thanks to the team at JSG Constructions Pty Ltd Josh and his team worked hard to get this project finished just in time for our 2022 weddings, and we are so stoked with how it all came together! The aim was to preserve the original features of the shed, which was originally built to house machinery during the property’s century long history as a dairy farm, yet offer a more versatile, comfortable space for weddings, functions and events. The floor to ceiling glass thanks to G.James Glass & Aluminium brings in the outside views of the rolling High Country, framed by the magnificent Moreton Bay fig trees. The timber for the bar has a story of it’s own, salvaged from old shearing shed floorboards on our property in North Queensland by a beloved family member 20 years ago, which in a turn of events ended up here at Bunnyconnellen amidst our renovations, the exact length and amount needed for the new bar!
