Hey Friends :)

Just a reminder that we are now completely closed and on maternity leave. We don’t have an anticipated date of return just yet, we’re going to see how life unfolds with our fam being our priority. Eventually we’ll find our groove and there will be a refreshed version of Bco coming.

We haven’t been doing weddings in 2024 and will not be taking these on in the future, we’re not set up for them anymore and we much prefer the retail side of floristry rather than events.

We want to thank you for all the support you’ve given us this year, we’re lucky to be able to do what we do and we know it’s because people are loyal to us, which in this era of small business, is very hard to achieve so the biggest thank you to all who think of us first for all their floral and gifting needs.

Last week for fresh florals ✨please read 👇🏻

Morning lovely friends, coming to you straight from my first official day of maternity leave from my teaching job, feels so good to have some time to rest and I’m feeling a pull to slow down the flowers too so I’m listening.

I’ve decided that this week will be my last week of our normal pre order fresh flower set up so if you’re a regular Bco lover of blooms for your home or you want to send someone a beautiful gift then please order with us this week before I take an extended break from fresh florals before and after baby arrives in December.

My hope for 2025 is to just go with the flow, I don’t have a fixed idea of when our business will be back but I do feel like I’ll take a break from teaching so Bco will be my creative outlet which means hopefully more ideas and a bigger reach for us long term. BUT for now, my energy will be placed on resting and our Christmas gifting range which we’ve worked hard to pre prepare.

Our studio will still be open for a couple more weeks for all our gifting options, it’s just fresh flowers that will finish up this week. Also being on Maternity leave, I can accommodate to different pick up days so if you’ve been finding it hard to get to us, jump into our DMs and we can work something out for you - again, this is only for gifting.. fresh flowers will be available for the last time this Thursday or Friday only! Please use our website for any pre orders of fresh blooms ✌🏼

A Monday reminder to be kind to yourself this week. November & December can be very joyful but they’re also months that are jam packed which can quickly cause overwhelm. Try to slow it down, take social media breaks and listen to what your body/mind needs!

Thur 14th 9am - 1:30pm.
Fri 15th 9am - 2pm.
Sat 16th 10:30- 12:30pm.

Thur 21st & Fri 22nd 9am - 2pm.
Saturday 23rd - TBA.

Thur 28th & Fri 29th 9am - 2pm.
Sat 30th 10:30 - 1:00pm.

My plan for December is to just see how I feel. I won’t be teaching anymore so I could possibly do by appointment shopping in the studio, but fresh flowers might not be available, just need to see how I’m traveling as my muscles are getting a little slower so might just focus on Christmas gifting rather then the lifting and making required with fresh flowers. I will be 100% closed the week of Christmas though so that means no Chrissy flowers this year, sorry folks!

I know this is different to previous years but I’m really hopeful that people will still get behind us and purchase their gifts from the little guy rather then the flooded shopping centers, it genuinely takes so much effort to have an extensive range like we do and I’m really proud of the price points and options that we have, seeing them heading to your loved ones is the greatest reward and makes all the work we’re putting in behind the scenes worthwhile. So please, shop early with us on the above dates OR if we can help with a delivery you can check out our website or send me a dm for anything else!

Burning our Christmas candle in our home today and it’s brining all the joyful vibes!

I found a couple of extras I had thought I didn’t have in the studio yesterday so if you’re putting up your Chrissy tree this weekend or during the week, you need this candle! DM and we can organise a pick up. The perfect throw of sugar and spice :) this is by far our fav candle we’ve made in a while!

Christmas 2024 has landed!!

We are thrilled to show you our gifting range for this year, filled with handmade goodies at affordable price points to suit all gifting needs, that has always been our priority.

This year is a little bit different to past years trade as we will be heading on maternity leave in December so we very much encourage you to visit us or order online early to avoid missing out. Quantities are limited of each offering too so the earlier the better, we’ll be opening the studio on Saturdays to make our range more accessible if you prefer to shop in person.

We would love you to have a look at our offerings and please remember if you prefer to pick out your own gift bags, you are most welcome to do that in the studio too, we will have everything ready to make sure it’s an easy process that we can pack and lovingly wrap for you on the spot.

S P R I N G is in the air…

Okay maybe not quite there just yet but it is officially spring and we’ve got so many beautiful blooms to look forward too including beautiful Ranunculus flowers, sunflowers and peonies!! All soon to come :) we just need to wind to bu**er off.
