What an amazing week in London, Cambridge and North Norfolk to show our wines to the trade. From 67 Pall Mall, Nobel Rot, Sketch, 10
Cases, Dan’s we saw it all. I could not have done it without you Jack, thank you for organising a wonderful week.
A massive thank you to everyone who attended the trade dinner and consumer events, it was fantastic to show the UK our wines and regenerative viticultural approach. It was fantastic to reshape some perspectives and reaffirm the already converted. Cheers 🍷

My favourite Somerset Chardonnay block vines turn 45 this year. Over the past 5 years we have adopted soft pruning for sap flow through the methodology. There we some big and severe cuts made to this vine and a lot of vines throughout their lives so far. However, it is amazing so see the resilience and how the vines have bounced back over the past 5 years with more thoughtful pruning. ✂️🍇🍷
