A basic level of skating is assumed as this is a class to upgrade your skill set!
Props include mini launch ramps, grind rails and halfpipes all on a very forgiving sports-tile floor!
Bookings are required to secure your spot and coach for the class, so head to our website planetskate.com.au and check the class times offered to book yourself in! Spots are limited so don’t miss out!
Looking for something new in 2024?
We are currently collecting names for people interested in joining some of our classes for next year.
Some classes can only run if we can collect ten or more participants so if you are interested and would like to be updated and informed of times, days and dates then you should put your name down on our register for interest.
We currently have a bunch of registers of interest collecting names for classes. These include; Skate Fitness, Inline Hockey, Artistic Skating, Speed Skating, Learn to Skateboard and Derby Drills.
We are also thinking about Shuffle Skate, Rollball and Skate-multi sports.
To help get these classes running we’re even asking you what days would suit you best, so we can run the class that you can actually attend!
To get your name on these register either come in and write your name down yourself or give us a call/email and we can write you up for the classes you’re interested in!
We hope you find it easy to create those New Year’s resolution goals and we hope we can help you get the most of them!

Did you catch our video tutorial on cleaning your bearings? Well if you did and you cleaned your bearings, you may have found one or two didn’t quite come back as good as you’d like. Sometimes we just don’t have very good bearings in our wheels because those are the factory standards that came with our skates! It’s not your fault. Well even if it is, there’s no point crying about it. Just grab yourself some new bearings. Great news! We just received a new supply of bearings! We have basic standard bearings which won’t set you back much, we have mid-range bearings that’ll cost a little more but will feel a little bit nicer to ride on, and we have some higher range bearings which are for the harder to please skater. This guy has had a LOT of practice, but we think there’s someone in the greater Port Macquarie area who has the skills to challenge 50cm! With a modern rink, playing modern and retro favourite music videos, your choice of Inline Roller Blade skates or classic roller skates, a jumping castle with slide, “Zero-Gravity”-the fastest indoor inflatable slide on the East Coast of Australia(unfortunately due to covid-19 restrictions we are not currently running the inflatables), a chock-full children’s play corner and some of the most fun arcade games you can find, including a double and single air hockey table, you cant really lose by bringing your family to Planet X! We have also introduced a few exciting new activities by welcoming aboard Rapidfire Paintball! We now host indoor paintball or Speedball, Gotcha 50cal pump-action shotgun missions and BAZOOKA ball! Both Bazooka Ball and Gotcha are brand new in Australia- we are the only place you can find it!

Our sessions are 90 minutes long, generously allowing you to come anytime within a session and still have plenty of skating time. INFACT you can always come back in another session to play arcade games or Bazooka Ball!
Active Sk8 Skills (skill development and fitness)on Thursday evenings from 5:30pm-6:30pm and you can join in the hockey drills for only an extra $5.
Inline Hockey Development is Thursday evenings from 6:30pm-7:30pm
Speedball Comp runs Wednesday and Friday evenings 6pm-9pm
Saturday is our BAZOOKA BALL from 9-10:30am followed by
GENERAL ROLLERSKATING SATURDAYS from 11am-9pm
Roller DISCO Saturday from 5:30pm-9pm
