I’m back! ✨
I’ve been a little quiet over here. I’ve recently just got back from a big 7 month trip around Australia, which was the most epic (delayed) honeymoon for my husband and I. We lived out the back of our Toyota Troopcarrier and saw some epic places, as shown.

Congratulations to Anna and Corey! I had the honor of being their celebrant for their beautiful wedding at Ancora in Tweed on 22.10.22. Even though the rain was threatening in the distance, we were able to have a stunning ceremony in the garden by the river. The love and joy between Anna and Corey was palpable, and it was a privilege to be a part of their special day. Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness! ✨

These two beautiful souls had an intimate elopement at Tallebudgera creek for sunrise, on the 22/2/22! We ventured down to the creek where they exchanged their vows as the sun was rising, witnessed by their photographer and videographer. It was absolutely perfect! 🌞⁠⁠⁠⁠

A little bit about me ✨
I grew up on the Gold Coast where I was raised in a loving family with my Mum, Dad & my beautiful big brother. My Mum and Dad have been married for over 30 years and I have learnt so many things from them. Just to name a few, they have taught me the value of love; to always be kind and positive; to help anyone (whether they need it or not); and to always laugh, smile & not to sweat the small stuff!

I went to school on the Gold Coast and after High School I completed a degree in Psychology followed by a Graduate Diploma in Primary Teaching.

After all my studies I jumped on a plane and travelled the world! My travels have taken me to Canada, United States, Iceland, Europe (3 times), UK, Thailand & New Zealand just to name a few. I was a true gypsy!

After always being a true believer in love and a tragic romantic, I was called into Celebrancy. I absolutely love weddings of all varieties and I feel so honoured to play such a vital role in my beautiful couples magical day. I will undoubtedly be your calming presence on what can be a very stressful day. I am a master at organising all things ceremony & guiding your day, and I will always be smiling (or crying) with you on your special day.

I love spending time with my beautiful Fiance. We met 6 years ago through my soccer club and we are now due to get married any minute. After one postponement, we will celebrate our special day bigger & better. I have learnt so many wonderful things from my partner. He has taught me that love is precious, especially when you find it with your partner for life; how beautiful mornings are when you rise with the sun and get the most out of your day. I have learnt passion & purpose, to always love everything you do in life and follow your dreams. He is my best friend and guiding light!

I love the outdoors, camping, adventure, sunrises and sunsets, staying active, seeing my beloved family & friends! And I love getting to know my beautiful couples. I love to hear their love stories and writing my own special take on it. I love seeing how happy my couples are leading up to their wedding day and throughout their ceremony. This wedding location is just perfect. The cutest little lighthouse perched in East Ballina, has the most incredible views for your ceremony. With lots of places nearby to have your reception, I highly recommend this spot! And how gorgeous is this bride, groom and bridesmaids! 💛✨ ⁠⁠⁠⁠

Worried about the legalities of your wedding day? Don’t worry I’ve got it covered! I will organise all the paperwork to make sure your marriage will be legal -

• Your Notice of Intended Marriage form needs to be lodged with your marriage celebrant at minimum one month before your wedding day. I will gather all your personal information to complete this for you, you just proof read and sign away!
• The declaration of no legal impediment is a form you sign prior to your ceremony, to make sure you are - over 18 (or have a court order to legally marry if under 18); you are not in a prohibited relationship (not related); and you are not currently married
• Then lastly you will sign 3 certificates on the day. One being your official marriage certificate that I send off to births deaths and marriages to have your marriage registered; a copy of your marriage certificate for my records (the infamous red book); and lastly your pretty commemorative certificate that you get to take home. Unfortunately this one you can’t use to change your name etc, you will need to apply for your official marriage certificate which I will help guide you in how to do!
