November is always pretty special to remember how far we have come. Building our food truck from the ground up with our DIY attitude and the help of some special onsite supervisors, we hand crafted our trailer to what is still operating today.
We launched with 3 chivitos on the menu, passion and a new baby in toe.
Over 9 years we have travelled Victoria far and wide, crossed state boarders, expanded our menu to offer more amazing chivitos and sides, survived a pandemic and branched out within our community more than we could have ever imagined.
