"A lux wedding at a heritage grand hotel!

It was a misty October afternoon in Robertson with a few drops of rain beginning to land on the luscious front gardens of the Robertson Hotel... We made the decision to proceed with the garden ceremony as planned – with umbrellas at the ready in case things took a turn.

What proceeded was simply divine. Despite the mist leaving the air a bit chilly, the ceremony was magical, as bride Kat made her way down the grand steps at the entrance of the Robertson hotel into the garden to join her new groom. Officiated by Cassandra Bowles, the vows were truly special, personal and clearly well-thought out.

The fun continued in the garden, as trays of Aperol spritz roamed around the grounds while Jack Rose performed for guests to accompany the elevated vibe. Scott and Kate took a stroll through the hedges with Bodhi for some couple portrait shots. The couple then returned triumphantly their grand entrance with a champagne tower, complete with an epic bottle-pop!

As the sun began to set, we made our way to the dining room for the dinner course. Our MC Hayden led the speeches in the way that only a dear friend of the couple could.

We moved into the grand ballroom and adjacent bar, and kicked things off with the cake cutting and a thank you speech from our bride and groom. This followed into a graceful first dance, of which everyone joined in by the end.

After that – party time! Chandelier dimmed down, Music up, disco lights on! The dance floor was full until the very end of the night.
