I am the voice behind Chef Rosie’s authentic range of Thai food and products. My inspiration originates from the streets and markets of Thailand, cooking with premium quality ingredients. My vision is to bring genuine Thai food to satisfy even the most discerning palates. I believe you can make great, fresh food with everyday ingredients, even if you are short on
time and a budget. My selection of

imported and homemade products is made with the
highest quality ingredients and will help you in achieving this! I am born in Thailand and have been living in Sydney since 2004. I have worked as a Head
Chef for twelve years at the award-winning Hotel Gosford in NSW. In my earlier life, I worked in fashion retailing, owning a café and clothing store. My family also owned a restaurant where my passion for food started. I am very close to the local and Thai communities and proud to share my specialities to make your everyday life pleasurable and easier without compromising on quality.
