Hello, I’m the other half of G&C.

Though I try to hide it, my loved ones know, I’m shy. The nudge that comes with my role as Creative Director of G&C, has been a welcome challenge. Particularly in moments like these!

Having worked solo for the previous 9 years in the fashion realm, partnering up with Céline was a game changer creatively. The creative process is not always easy. Creative blocks can stall progress and suddenly doing what you love feels hard. Within our team, creative blocks are moved through effortlessly. The support of someone else with the same goals and drive is both motivating and rewarding. It’s remarkable how all the previous experience we gain can suddenly align and fall into place. That’s exactly how I felt when this partnership came along; it was effortless, inspiring and a dream come true.

About me
- My creativity is insatiable, my driving force. Without an outlet, I’m lost.
- My roles have drifted between Artist/Designer/Couturier/Illustrator. All of which are relevant in my role today.
- I love fashion, yet you will usually find me in my favourite old jeans and a baggy shirt.
- All black everything, always and forever.
- Quiet days alone with my family are essential to my wellbeing. I live for the simple things.
- Raising daughters has been the hardest, most beautiful lesson and it’s pushing me to new heights.
- I’m plant obsessed.
- Just like the artist stereotype, my creative brain is always in the clouds. Céline’s lists (though I laugh at them) are a huge comfort to me.
- A sustainable styling biz has been a long-term dream, but G&C is so much more than I ever imagined. Watch this space.

This is me, in all my glory! Such a daunting thing to do - introducing yourself to the world on a social media platform. But here I am.

I am the Managing Director of G&C and one half of our team. Currently, it is just the two of us running the business, meaning that we wear many hats and manage many tasks.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Running this event business is a dream come true for me. I always said growing up that I didn't want to work in an office job from 9 to 5. But when I finished University and settled in Melbourne that was exactly what I did. I continued to work for the same corporate company for 8 years and had 6 promotions during that time . It taught me so, so much and I will be forever grateful for the skills and experience it gave me. I was always incredibly glad when I left. It set me free and on a journey to find Giselle and start our business adventure together.

This is me in a nutshell
- I write endless and endless lists. I write lists to keep up with all the lists, much to Giselle's amusement
- I thrive in an organisational role. I am great at it and it soothes my OCD
- I have never been so happy in my work
- I am much more creative than I dare to admit
- Photography is my thing in our business and most of the photos on our social media are made by me
- Giselle in my creative inspiration, a very dear friend and my trusted business partner. I couldn't be more happy that she choose me as her business partner and build this business together from the ground up
- I have two beautiful girls, who rule my world - quite literally
