🫖 High Tea Alert ☕️

Like everyone we absolutely love high teas here! We'd love to put on one last one before the end of the year. Is there a weekend in particular people would be interested in booking in? Not set number of people, bring one person or bring 10, we just need a minimum of 25 people total to make it worth while to put it on.

If we can get enough interest we'll book in one last High Tea for the year 🍰

Apologies for the late notice, but unfortunately we will be closed tomorrow due the power outage as SAPN restores power back to the grid tomorrow for the region.

Thank you for everyone's patience and support as we navigate through these ever changing scenarios and we apologise for any inconvenience!

It will be a good opportunity for our staff to take a little R&R before the festive season hits, and we will be back to normal trading on Saturday for hopefully the next good while!

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of hosting Regional Development Australia here for dinner as a part of their Regional Summit in Port Augusta.

The guests arrived from Port Augusta via the Pichi Richi Railway - what a cool and unique experience!

Today is the second day of festivities for the Quorn Quandong Festival, and there's plenty to do in and around Quorn!

We've had a few new faces join us recently and can't wait for you all to meet them next time you come by the café!

However, we now have a few more positions available for the upcoming festive season! We have both daytime and nightime hours available, and are looking for anyone who may have bar or kitchen experience.

There are plenty of hours for the right applicants, but there's also the flexibility for those who may be working another job. The only requirement is weekend availability over the November/December Christmas period.

We had a very interesting, very tiny, visitor at Ticklebelly Hill this week. A pseudoscorpion (a false scorpion)! This little critter was found under a small stone. Entirely harmless but very difficult to film!

Open Tomorrow from 9am, still plenty of space, so come on up for breakfast or lunch 🙂
