Hello 👋 Well and truly back in the kitchen for 2023 with a big weekend of catering for some hungry (& healthy!) physiotherapists. These egg and lettuce sandwiches are always a favourite.

A pleasure to create this rustic and classic look for my beautiful cousin's wedding. This was a yummy vanilla buttercream cake with dulce de leche (caramel) in each layer, displayed upon a piece of timber from her parents property. A very special evening. 💖
