Or, maybe you would just like to experience the beautiful fresh Thai produce, that is used in Thai curries in Thailand? The same as Thai food, a handmade mortar & pestle Indian curry is both time consuming and expensive to make. This dish comes from Goa on India’s west coast – think sandy beaches, fresh Tiger prawns & coconuts. It is a dish that I was lucky enough to try at the world’s best Indian restaurant (Gaggan) – I have tried my best to copy it! Gung:)

I spent my afternoon shopping at Kiama Farmers’ Market for my produce for my markets this weekend – Berry (Thursday), Exeter (Saturday) & Berry (Sunday)! 1st stop was buying the best of the best vegetables from local farms for my local farm vegetable curry for Thursday. 2nd stop was to visit Maria from Schottlanders Wagyu Farm (Gerringong) to get my hanger for my panang curry at Exeter & brisket for my Wagyu beef spring rolls all weekend. Ok, Thai larb salad. It is surely one of the nicest dishes on the planet. Although it is very trendy in Sydney atm, it is expensive to make, so it is usually made with chicken mince & a minute quantity of Thai herbs. Being an Esan girl, I am very proud of my larb! For this version, I have used fresh local crispy skin duck breast & fistfuls of fresh exotic herbs from my herb garden. Gung:)
