When I made my local farm vegetable curry in the Southern Highlands about 9 months ago, it was covered by the ABC, 2ST & The Fold Media. They loved the concept of me selecting the best vegetables from local farms and turning them into a handmade vegetable curry that has probably never been sold commercially in Australia before. The dish then gained a real cult following. So much so, that I now have to make it every 3rd market. For this version, I am going to Kiama Farmers’ Market on Wednesday, to choose the best of the best vegetables from our amazing local farms. Thanks, Gung:)
