JUST ANNOUNCED: Behind the Curtain - a unique Encore Dining experience. We are thrilled to announce this special dining event, as part of the Shoalhaven Food Network's “Autumn Celebration of Food”!

Mise en place meets mise-en-scène when Encore Dining takes over the Entertainment Centre stage for a gastronomical experience like no other. Head Chef Matt Fleming has crafted a showstopping menu for this exclusive evening where we bring the dining room to the dais.

We are BIG fans of our colleagues at Shoalhaven Regional Gallery Nowra. So, we were positively painted ecstatic when they offered to loan us a painting by Anh Do, ahead of his show in March!

Donated to the Gallery's collection, "Art and war" (2019) features renowned Australian artist George Gittoes and was a contender for the 2019 Archibald Prize.

"George's face is full of hard-earned wisdom. I wanted this portrait to capture this wisdom, but also to convey George's enormous compassion", says Anh about the work.

Here’s Amy Shark and some giggling fool when I chatted to Amy on tv show The Right Note a few months after Adore shot her into the stratosphere. We were having a nice time. Even though Amy hadn’t made a song with even one member of Blink 182 back then!

Now, three number one albums in and just as many Blink collabs, Amy is heading out on her Solo Acoustic “Songs & Stories” tour, playing all over Australia with just an acoustic guitar and some stories. Solo. (Almost solo anyway).

We had another chat just before Christmas, this time on ABC Radio NSW, and talked about regional touring, regional motor inns and a coupla pretty cool stories about the songs, including how the FBI almost stopped the one she made with Tom from from Blink 182 from happening!
