Around 4.30-5pm Friday the 29the (our footage is 15 minutes wrong so time is actually about 4.50pm not 4.34. & 2am-2.45am today the 30th. Any assistance to help the police would be great. Additional video and photos in comments.

How to make Glitter Roses! Select a big rose, one that is known to open out big, Pink Floyde always works well. Help the rose to open, hold it upside down and twirl, you can also pop your fingers inside and loosen the petals. REFLEX,REFLEX ,REFLEX Give a light spray of adhesive glue if your rose isn't fully open in the centre try not to get to much glue there,so it has the chance to srill bloom.
