On Saturday I was the photographer for Emma and Rory.
I had previously taken family photos for them, so when they asked to do their wedding photos I knew I wanted to. They are such down to earth, good people!

On Saturday I got to get my creative side going with a friend of mine.

Bianca asked to do a fun session using her wedding dress.

We met at Seven Mile Beach on golden hour 🙌🏻

We laughed far too much and I trod on a fish….twice!

Good evening 😊

I hope you all have had a great weekend.

This post is very sad for me, to even say what I am going to say, brings a knot in my stomach, but I need to do it.

I have decided to take a break from Leanne Everett Photography.

I’ve always had a camera in my hand, whether it’s a still life camera or video. I started professionally taking photos in 2012. I was so excited to see what I could do. Eight years later I am proud of the quality of work I produce.
I have always stuck to my style of photography and have created work that I am proud of.

But after eight years I need a rest. There are a few reasons why I’m stepping back. I don’t feel like going into all of them, but one is I need to find that passion again that I had in 2012.

I do have a few sessions which are already booked to do and I will be doing them, but at this stage I won’t be taking any new bookings.

I would like to say THANK YOU to all my clients! I’m very grateful to you all.

I am sad, but ready to move in a new direction. Who knows what I may do next!
