1. Spaghetti bowl pasta with pork mince. Add diced Tomato’s
2. Burrito bowl with pork mince/ tomato’s/ corn/ avocado/ cheese
3. Chicken parmigiana ( chicken breast/ snitzel with white mash/ corn and broccoli and gravy)
4. Pesto risotto add chicken breast and avocado
5. Lasagna with halomi cheese and hidden veggies

One of our clients was going away to respite and wanted food to take with her so she was well fed. We packaged it all up in her own plastic containers instead of our ones as they travel better.

My friends and I were taking an afternoon walk along the river the other day and these fellas were having such a good time.. not caring what anybody thinks and just having fun. It’s been ages since I had “wacky dance” and a good laugh… the last few months have been hard watching my dads health decline daily and not knowing what lies ahead for us and where we are going or when. Time to try and start living in the moment and try to not think too much!
