A morning of food prep for our last school event of 2024, the staff Christmas buffet which we have been catering for the last 8 years! Today we have marinated our honey soy and Moroccan chicken skewers ready to chargrilled, roasted pork shoulders, peeled & chopped roasted vegetables, prepared all our salad ingredients and dressings to bring together tomorrow and most importantly tested our chocolate orange trifle and Eton Mess desserts 👌
