A morning of food prep for our last school event of 2024, the staff Christmas buffet which we have been catering for the last 8 years! Today we have marinated our honey soy and Moroccan chicken skewers ready to chargrilled, roasted pork shoulders, peeled & chopped roasted vegetables, prepared all our salad ingredients and dressings to bring together tomorrow and most importantly tested our chocolate orange trifle and Eton Mess desserts 👌

Experienced hospitality person with an eye for detail and ability to work well under pressure
Great customer service skills
Excellent hygiene standards
Permanent Role (NSW School Term time only)
Competitive rate of pay, uniform and meals provided
Potential to lead to Canteen Manager role

Another throwback from 6 years ago today featuring our Zucchini Slice recipe, an Australian favourite being demonstrated by a Yorkshire lass

In 2018, whilst operator for the Woodport Public School canteen, we became one of the first primary school canteens in NSW to be awarded a certificate of compliance for our menu meeting the new NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy.

The Department of Health NSW have made two short films about the canteen and its food and launched them on YouTube as an example of a success story re the new strategy implementation.

Throwback from 6 years ago today

In 2018, whilst we were operator for the Woodport Public School canteen, we became one of the first primary school canteens in NSW to be awarded a certificate of compliance for our menu meeting the new NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy.

It really was a turning point for the business and still remains one of my proudest moments to date
