New conductor Jem Harding studied piano at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and has worked as an accompanist, repetiteur and choral director with a number of Australian music ensembles, including; Sydney Chamber Opera, Opera Australia, WAAPA, South Australian State Opera, the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Sydney Philharmonia Choirs, Sydney Chamber Choir and Sydney Children’s Choir. He is a guest conductor and pianist at Gondwana National Choral School, choral adjudicator at the Australian International Music Festival and a recording artist with Eminence Artists (Australia) and CIA Artists (Japan).

Introducing Meet Market: a playful new way to make connections for romance or mates
Dating apps? We’re over them. Speed dating? But I want to meet everyone, and not just half the group, and not exclusively for the purpose of romance. Going to a singles night where everyone just stands about awkwardly drinking and not approaching each other? Spare me.
Meet the compromise candidate! ‘Meet Market’ is the middleground between too much and too little structure in a singles night.
We’ll have fun interactive games like musical bingo, charades and musical chairs, as well as lots of time to just hang out and chat.
A few days out from the event you’ll be able to create a profile in our software, view the profiles of other attendees and start chatting, if you want. Or you can just come on the night and get to know everyone then!
At the end of the night everyone will indicate if they want to be matched for friendship, dating, business or not match, and mututal matches will be put in touch the next day. No awakward “What’s your insta I guess” conversations.
