There is space for you on the mat tomorrow Saturday 8th February 10am-12 for Yoga Flow with Flo at Suffolk Park Community Hall! A deep dive into consciousness, breath and movement. This class is great for flexibility, strength and balance but even more for mental balance and focus. $27 casual or only $225 for 10 or $120 for 5 classes. Book in or just turn up.
