Cancelled: unfortunately due to injury to one of the dear hosts, the inner alchemy workshops to be held this Friday 23rd & next Friday 30th have been cancelled.

The workshops will hopefully resume in September.

Explore the cycle of the seasons and their energetics through a Yang to Yin Yoga practice and a wholesome heart warming meal with a side of Ayurvedic notions about winter and the best nourishing food and practices for this season.

During these 2 hours Laura and Carlotta will guide you through movement, breath-work and meditation tailored to the cold season.

At the end of the practise we will share a nutritious meal together with Ayurvedic winter tips.
