I love that the story these two get to tell anyone of their ﬁrst meeting involves a hostel, a shared dorm room and a pub- crawl! And where? Poland no less!! Over 15,000 kilometres from home!

Now what initially attractedTalia to Callum was his conﬁdence and how easy he was to talk to. She was attracted to Cal’s kindness and as much as she hates to admit it – how funny he was. Now initially there was just friendship. They both went oﬀ on their separate ways and continued their individual European trip, even catching up in one other country along the way. They continued to keep in touch, even when they returned home. And not 3 months after they returned home, Callum packed up and moved south to be with Talia - cause if you know you know!

The beauty about this relationship though is that they can spend
all day together joined at the hip, but in the next breath are very independent. Strengths that just add to a solid and committed relationship.

Morgan & Liam ❤️

Their initial time together was spent almost every single day with each other. They spent those first few weeks and months getting to know one another, going to the beach, drinking lots of coffees ☕️ and going on movie dates. They were in their own love bubble 🫧 and couldn’t wipe the smiles off each other’s faces. Morgan was drawn to Liam’s sense of humour and Liam; well he was pretty impressed with how banging hot she was and her pommy accent.

Morgan loves Liam’s smile and how he always wants to make her happy. Whenever she is with him, she feels like she is at home. The love they share is amazing. Morgan would never change Liam’s work ethic and his loving personality, and she knows that her communication is definitely an aspect that she holds on to that is important to them as a couple. Her superpower 🦸‍♀️ in this relationship is being able to pick something to watch on the TV! 📺 She looks forward to spending the rest of her life with him, growing old and acting like children!

Now Liam loves and adores absolutely everything about Morgan and would never want to change anything about her! Being in love with her means the world to him. She makes him smile 😀 every day and they make each other’s lives easier. They often think back to their first meeting and believe that it was the start of them: they knew that they really connected. Liam had a strange feeling he would be with her again someday. Today, Liam and Morgan believe that today is a big commitment, something they don’t take lightly, and he can’t wait to be locked in for life with Morgan.

How wonderful when you get to celebrate THREE weddings - and to the same person.

This beautiful pair had always wanted a destination wedding to Bali, but were determined that their grandparents got to be a part of something equally special. So on the 10/11 we had a beautiful commitment ceremony in the back yard of one of the grandparents.

A week later we signed the legal paperwork in the kitchen of the grooms parents and 6 weeks after that got to do their dream wedding in Bali! 🎇

These two shared a multitude of milestones. They supported each other through challenges, celebrated successes, and built a life full of love ❤️ and laughter. They navigated the complexities of a long-distance relationship, embraced the joys of pet parenthood, thank you Boston and Eggsy, 🐶 (and now impending human parenthood 👶) and faced the uncertainties of career changes together. Their relationship stood the test of time and distance, proving that love knows no boundaries.

What Michaela loves about Corey is beyond words. His kindness knows no bounds; he carries a heart ♥️ so big that it could fill the universe. He’s a man of unwavering determination, and has a resilience that is second to none. Corey faces challenges head-on, never letting anything dampen his spirits, never letting obstacles dim his light. 💡 He is her constant inspiration, her rock.

What does Corey love most about Michaela? For him she possesses a rare magic, 🪄 an energy that lights up even the darkest of rooms. Her positive outlook on life is contagious; she has this remarkable ability to change someone’s entire day with just one conversation. Michaela, regardless of her own emotions, always puts others first. Her selflessness knows no bounds, and her capacity for love and care is boundless.

Jono, when asked what he loved most about Amie, spoke of her generosity. Generosity, not just in the material things like wine, cheese, Maltesers, or the occasional pizza, but in the way she opens her heart to the world. Amie’s compassion and loyalty shine ✨ brightly, and touches not just Jono but also touches the lives of those around you. Jono beautifully described, that love is not about perfection. It’s about acknowledging each other’s flaws and yet choosing to remain invested in their relationship. It’s about finding comfort in each other’s presence, knowing that you each have a confidant, a partner, and a best friend for life.

For Amie her love story is a testament to the beautiful complexity of love 🧡 - the happiness it brings, the frustrations it challenges, and the immense peace it bestows. Amie loves Jono’s unwavering support, his ambition, his caring nature, and the loving home he has created for her and Theo. The happiness, safety, and excitement that Jono still brings into Amies life, is a testament to how much he cherishes the quirky, wonderful person that Amie.

Daniella & Declan ❤️

Declan was drawn to Daniella’s selflessness. The fact that she makes sure he is looked after by making his lunch, organizing his uniform for work and all those extra little things to make one’s life easier. It is something Declan is so grateful for. It is a privilege for Declan to love Daniella.

Daniella loves just about everything Declan, but in particular, it is that he is caring and doesn’t fail to put up with her sassy attitude most days. He would literally drop the world 🌎 for her if she needed him to.

To both of them love means all different things: It is the day to day living together and looking after each other; it is a strong affection that is evenly matched by your partner. It is eye to eye 👁️ and nothing else matters around you. It is showing up for each other and supporting one another’s choices and being their number one ☝️ supporter. And their wedding day was about being able to celebrate and dance with their family and friends. And marriage is about new beginnings – this chapter of theirs now closes, and now they start another one. Daniella couldn’t wait for the same last name as Declan’s family – oh and of course throwing the best wedding party!🎉

Now Xavier may like to tell everyone who will listen that he had to race 🏃🏻‍♂️ into a burning building to rescue some puppies and there he found Helen and instead he rescued her!
However as is more common these days, they actually met on the online dating app, Bumble. 🐝 Their friends had convinced them to give it a go – and thank goodness they did! Their first experience on the app was also their last! They met and that was it!

In their time together, they have achieved a lot. Enjoying their sport of kitesurfing 🪁 in many countries, Moving to the Sunshine coast, traveling around Australia for a year, (after building their own campervan no less! )having Sophie who is their greatest joy, buying their own home and traveling to Greece – where they got engaged! 💍

They encourage and challenge each other and always take into account each other’s needs. And together they know they can achieve anything that they set out to do.

Anna & Scott ❤️

Friendship laid the foundation for what would become a truly beautiful relationship.

Anna was drawn to Scott’s presence and, well, let’s say, his rather fine posterior! But, beyond that, he had an undeniable charm that made him stand out. And Scott basically thought Anna was a 10/10 cutie and like Anna was specifically enamoured with her rear end 😊

Anna felt that she knew Scott was the one, probably the minute she met him, even though she didn’t know it at the time. And Scott knew the minute Anna said ‘buy the truck’ 🛻 that she was the one for him!

Their connection was effortless, and all they wanted was to be together all the time. It felt right and it felt like they truly had found that missing piece.
Most importantly about their love, is they’re best friends, first and foremost. That’s what keeps them strong! 💪

Here’s to beautiful sunsets 🌅 with the Australian landscape as your backyard. Here’s to having a companion, best friend, lover, partner, sounding board, cheerleader, advisor, and cuddle buddy—all rolled into one. And that one, being each other. ❤️

Josh and Alice said they were ready to get married 💍 because they had both found the person they wanted to spend the rest of their lives with.

According to Josh and Alice their love has felt easy from day one, even if there were a few false starts.

This is how Alice tells it, “I was secretly always attracted to Josh. I would see this good looking surfy blonde guy, playing professional AFL living a life of an athlete, yet then see him with our friends being a regular guy, camping, surfing, motor bike riding and getting a bit silly with the boys. He never gave too much of himself away, he was quiet and reserved so when I really got to know him, that attraction went from 0 to 100 real quick.”

Luckily for Alice, and thanks to COVID, Josh got to spend a bit of time on the coast and after the AFL season he decided to stick around. One summer’s day mutual friends brought them together at the Maroochydore Surf Club… where this time, Alice made the first move on that now infamous dancefloor.

A couple of schooners and dance moves later… they were off and racing… and this time they weren’t letting each other get away.

It was Alice’s sense of adventure that pulled Josh in. The surfing, the camping ⛺️ Her drive to explore more. There was just something about her that meant the long distance between Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast was never going to last long.

Alice loves the way Josh loves her so openly. That he’s never afraid of showing or expressing his true feelings. She loves his patience and calmness because it keeps her calm, he keeps her balanced, especially in the hard times. And she loves his outlook on life. She adores that Josh adores his family, like she adores hers. And every time he talk about everything you want to do together in the future, it puts a smile on her face, every time.

Here’s to a life time of adventures, Holding hands, drinking coffee, drinking wine or beer, dominating the dance floor. Living the simple brilliance of life.

Chelsea’s infectious smile 😀 and laugh along with her drive to always bring anyone and in fact everyone – happiness is a part of Chelsea that Alistair adores. He loves how deeply she loves and the fact that she knows him better than even he does. When he’s with her, everything else seems insignificant.
There is nothing that he would change about her – even the way she re-washes wash 🧽 everything that he has already washed or cleaned or her shopping habits – as all these little imperfections make up her perfection!

Alistair is so unafraid to show his love to anyone he cares about. To Chelsea this is fundamental to the person he is. The fact that he would stop at nothing to make sure that they know exactly that they are loved is a part of him that she cherishes. She would never change his upbringing and his family. He was raised to be the most incredible man with an endless supply of respect and intelligence – and that makes her truly thankful. Saying that she would consider changing the fact that Alistair loves purchasing expensive cars 🚘 that end up collecting dust in the garage until they require an expensive service!

So here’s to a beautiful life buying cars that end up gathering dust and re-washing all the clean clothes that Alistair doesn’t get ‘quite’ right 😀

Sacha & Ryan ❤️

Ryan knew from that first offer from Sacha to move in – not 6 weeks into their relationship – that she was the one. And Sacha realized their first New Years Eve fireworks 🎇 together where Ryan had organized a special surprise date – which Sacha ruined by making other plans – that this was the man for her.

Love to both of them is a force that gives them comfort and joy everyday. It is effortless and as natural as breathing. One of the most beautiful ways that they display their love 🧡 is by spending time together. They’ve found that their hearts actually do beat as one – as corny as that may sound – and it happens when they are side by side. Whether it is simply sharing laughter over a meal, exploring new places or simply enjoying the quiet moments, they have found that their love simply continues to strengthen with each passing day. Their love is about comfort, kindness, open ears and lots and lots of cuddles.🥰

Sacha would never change the wonderful storyteller that Ryan is. He has a remarkable ability to paint 🎨 pictures with his words and transport whoever is on the end of that story – mainly Sacha and Xander – to far-off places. Ultimately making them laugh and often feel deeply. Ryan would never change Sacha’s incredible heart. Sacha possesses a heart that overflows with kindness, has a heart that sees the good in others and has a heart that is always ready to give and to share. If he had to describe her with an image – it would be of a heart as this is who she is – and this is something he is incredibly grateful for.

‘Dan from the moment our paths first crossed, you have surprised me, captivated me, and challenged me in ways I never thought was possible. You are the happiest surprise of my life and loving you is my greatest privilege.’

Morgan loves that Dan simply accepts her for just the way she is. He has seen every side of her and continues to love her. He even loves the side of her that bakes in fake tan. In fact it was at this moment, that Morgan realised Dan was the one.

‘Morgan, You are the most kind-hearted, loving, passionate and intelligent person that I know, and I am so grateful that our paths crossed those many years ago. I promise to always keep our traditions alive like our Sunday morning trips to the markets or our Friday night pizza and movie nights (unless of course Essendon is playing and then in that case, I promise to only bug you to watch the first five minutes of the game with me!).’

Dan knew the moment he laid eyes on Morgan that she was the one. Yes it sounds like the movies, but when you know,you know. He adores how thoughtful, caring and intelligent she is. But above all, he loves how she constantly looks out for others and always ensures that everyone is happy.

Here’s to Morgan continuing to beat Dan at TimeZone and Dan’s competitive nature coming out in all things board games! What an absolute joy it was to be a part of your special day!

Brookes laugh 🤭 undoubtedly is one of the parts that Jarrad loves about her. It’s a little like music 🎶 and fills his heart when he hears it. There’s also this adorable angry voice she puts on when they are playing around. It’s these small, beautiful aspects of Brook that reminds Jarrad how precious she is to him.

‘I love you, and cant wait to spend the rest of my life with you beside me, i promise to always be there for you, whenever and however you need’.

Jarrad’s caring and understanding nature and his ability to bring so much humour 😆 into their lives is something which Brooke really appreciates. She would never change how kind he is as he is one of the kindest souls she knows. Oh and his eyes 👀 ! They’re mesmerizing to Brooke and they have to stay!

‘When I look at you I see love and joy, I see everyday of the rest of our lives. I know my love for you will continue to grow, and that we will enjoy our lifetime together’.

Lisa & Toni ❤️

Now when first meeting, Toni thought Lisa was the most beautiful woman he had ever met, and Lisa although initially attracted to Toni’s impressive tan, which coincidentally he had got from being in Australia,🇦🇺 found him to be incredibly funny and also sporting a pretty irresistible cheeky smile! 😃 So that first date went very well and they dove head first into getting to know each other.

Toni went above and beyond the getting to know you criteria, by making incredible effort to see Lisa at every opportunity. Despite living in the same town, one weekend due to Lisa’s work commitments and her working, Toni had no hesitation in driving from Exeter to Cornwall to simply see her for a couple of hours one night. So I think it is fair to say that they were both smitten. And it certainly didn’t take long for their relationship to turn into a permanent couple. And then they were off.

They have travelled all over the world adventuring and exploring, until their travels eventually lead them to, of all places – Canberra! They finally saw the light and finally moved to the Sunshine Coast, adding two incredible fur babies to the mix. 🐕 🐶

Toni knew on that first date that Lisa was ‘the one’. He makes sure she always knows that he adores her by making her stop and holding her in the little moments – to make sure they both are present. 💝

Lisa loves how Toni makes her laugh as ‘Laughter is the shortest distance between two people’. She would never change that playful nature that Toni has, and will even overlook the empty beer boxes that find their way to the top of their fridge!

So here’s to where you can camp around a fire pit, eat good food and drink good wine and end the night gazing up at the stars and dreaming of your future together. But more importantly, here’s to the many more shared laughs that started when you met and continue to be shared together ♥️

Since 2013, these two have spent the years making them count. They moved in together, bought a house 🏡in 2019, travelled to Hawaii, bought a new car 🚘 that wasn’t a Toyota, moved into their new house where they made the awesome decision that it would be a fun thing to reno a property! 😬And their special day was one milestone where these two finally got married and in Demi’s words, about bloody time!

Demi loves that Alex understands her, cares for her, loves her for who she is. She can be her total self around him and never feel judged. She loves that he can go through ten different drinking glasses in one day and then ask her where all the glasses are, she also loves that he thinks he can have more cars 🚙 than what can fit in their garage, and it be okay!

Alex knew that Demi was it, the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, when he realised that this person was very happy to put up with endless pursuits and endeavours that he pursues next. She also tolerates his tantrums 😡 when things don’t go accordingly! Alex knows his superpowers in the relationship is communication, understanding of one another’s needs and behaviours.

‘I love you forever and a day’; this doesn’t only mean an infinite love. It also means if there is a day where you aren’t feeling your best, you will love ❤️ each other through it. Or if there is a day where nothing is going your way, you are loved despite of it. It is a forever peace and knowing that your love is above all.

First impressions are important, especially when you are looking to connect with someone. 👫

Kirsty was impressed with Dan as he was the kindest, most wholesome guy you will ever meet. The conversation flowed freely, and she felt so at ease. He was such a gentleman and as soon as they separated that night, she wanted to see him the moment he left.

For Dan, it was Kirsty’s demeanour. It was the way she presented and carried herself. She was very mature and self-assured, and he could instantly tell she was an honest and genuine person. Even though they had just met, he felt comfortable.

Dan makes kirsty feel like she never has to worry alone and is always supportive of any crazy 🤪 endeavour she undertakes. He is everything she never knew she needed in a partner.

Dan loves that Kirsty is kind and compassionate. She is a beautiful 😍 soul, is loving, warm and caring as a supportive partner. And fortunately for Dan, she is also very patient!

Their love moving forward is to continue working on their ‘rescue house’, 🏠 making more spreadsheets and lists and attempting to stay awake through an entire movie! 🎥 Heres to the road less travelled!
