Very early on, Amber realised that Jordan was it for her. She was the first to say ‘I love you’ but she felt that she was in love with him way before they even started dating.
And Jordan – he knew that Amber was his forever when they had a weekend away for their anniversary. However, it was specifically Robert Irwin! Out at Australia Zoo, Jordan saw Amber’s eyes light up and how excited and full of life she was seeing the crocodiles (and Robert 😉 and he realised that he had the real deal right in front of him.

Their wedding day was about celebrating what marriage means to them, which is knowing that you want to fight for something forever as nothing is easy, but with the right person, it will make it worth it. It is an agreement to be there even in the darkest and hardest of times. Amber never really knew what love truly felt like until Jordan and now she knows it means everything and that everyone deserves to feel loved like she does, and it really is one of the best feelings. For Jordan, love should feel both effortless and full of effort, which to him, it does.

Manda & Justin ❤️

Initially Justin was super impressed with how quickly Amanda could throw back a cold one 🍺 as well as make him laugh. And Amanda was so impressed that she had found someone as strange as her. To find someone on your own weird level was very refreshing. She also loved how much he made her laugh and the fact that he was so fun and caring. So clearly laughter is a very important part of their relationship.

Justin shows Manda how much he loves her by cleaning her sunnies 🕶️ if they are dirty, and with consistent bum cheek slaps. These small gestures are a testament to how much he adores her.

Amanda shows her love through little acts of service – the simple things like making his lunch, 🥪 then knowing that at some time during the day he will be thinking of her as he bites into this food!

No matter what challenges they have faced, they have pulled through them together – they always have each others backs and that’s the best feeling to have – knowing that moving forward will most definitely be easy!

And as this is posted, they have just welcomed their beautiful little girl, River, into their family of already 3 boys! How wonderful! A massive congratulations!!

This story is filled with iconic dance 🕺 moves, sticky floor from spilled drinks, 🍸 loud music 🎶 and one person’s ability to down multiple vodka raspberry drinks very quickly!

It’s not often you can say you actually met the love of your life at the Helm in front of the pokies! But meet they did and from the moment Kristen saw Victor busting out some very cool moves on the dance floor – their future together was set!

Those first few months were filled with debatable dancing at various clubs, movie 🍿 dates, Netflix nights that didn’t end, and if they could make it beyond the nightclubs – the odd visit to the beach. 🏖️

Victor was immediately impressed with Kirsten’s positive attitude (and of course her claim to fame with the gulping of the raspberry vodka) and clearly Kirsten was drawn to Victor’s unique moves on the dance floor.

To Love Kristen is to commit to her, to overcome hurdles with her, and to always support her. It’s knowing that not only is she his best friend, but she is someone that he will always fight for and protect.

To be in love with Victor makes Kirsten feel like she is loved around the clock. There is never a time where she feels unloved and that is such a special feeling. It feels like she has absolutely found her person.

And as we finally post this - Victor and Kristen have welcomed their beautiful little boy, Marlow, into their family! Congratulations ❤️

Mahnee & Anthony ❤️

Initially Mahnee was impressed with Anthony’s humour, his selflessness, his maturity and overall personality. They simply clicked.
Anthony loved how honest and open Mahnee was, there was no sugar-coating anything and she was so down to earth – it was very refreshing.

Not once has Anthony doubted their love ❤️ for each other in all the time they have been together. And he lets her know how much he loves her by constantly telling her and making sure he is always there when she needs him. Love to Anthony means a deep connection and bond with someone.

Mahnee never knew that love could feel this way. For her to be in love with Anthony is pure joy and happiness and she continues to fall in love with him every day. She shows him that she loves him by leaving little love notes 📝 on his dinner when he has been working late into the night, making sure she supports him in anything he wants to do, and by always being there to listen. Love to Mahnee is to feel secure. To feel like every time you see that one person, you feel at home. 🏠

How absolutely beautiful that Maddy’s mum got to share this poem during the ceremony. Very special and very fitting!

For Luke, he’s always felt that his and Maddy’s relationship is easy and effortless. He would never change the little quirks and imperfections that make Maddy Maddy, as this is who she is and Luke loves that about her. Love means total acceptance and support.

Maddy would never change how confident Luke is and how he has the uncanny ability to see a problem and work through it. His Yin is definitely the opposite to her Yang which works perfectly for them.

Moving forward means to continue with their adventures. To continue travelling, exploring, climbing, swimming, going to the beach, spending time with those most important to them, and simply relishing in who each other is!

Anna & Lucas ❤️

Now Anna was the hot blonde chick working at the coffee ☕️ shop that Luke would duck into everyday on the way to a job. Was it for the caramel latte? Well it was more for a quick sneaky perv than sipping on the latte. Eventually Luke built up the courage to ask Anna out, and well - the rest is history!

Luke had never dreamed that he would be so lucky to have met and fallen in love 😍 with Anna. He was hooked from the start. Anna saw in Luke a true gentleman and he made sure to always put her first and be considerate of her feelings.

For Luke, he knew very quickly that Anna was the one for him. She has truly shown him what love really is through kindness and gentleness. He recognises they both need to feel needed and wanted by another and he loves the little passing moments they share – often a little cuddle or a sneaky kiss.😘

For Anna, Luke has an ability to make her feel like she is the most important person in the world. To be in love with Luke is the best feeling in the world. Just knowing that you have someone that loves you and wants to build a life with you and grow old together is brilliant.

These two met initially – through a very competitive game of monopoly! 💵 What better way to get to know someone than through how they play board games! And not two days later – they moved in with each other! Cause when you know – you know.

Now initially Lyla was drawn to how easy Bella was to talk to and how she immediately felt comfortable with her. Bella was drawn to Lyla’s sense of humour. And this is something that we all know is a quality that will help us through any tough times.

On this exact date in 2018 these two were meeting up for the very first time EVER! Yes, their wedding day is the anniversary of their first date six years ago!

Having talked online for a couples of weeks, they had organised to meet up at the Nambour Show 🎇 – the ideal location for a fun first date! No pressure, lots to do and see – perfect!

Right from the start, Cody’s baby blue eyes 👀 got Ellie good and that smile it did and still does give her butterflies. 🦋
Ellie quickly realised that the person she had been talking to online was the same person when she met him in person, and she was grateful for that. There were no false personalities or a whole new person.

And Ellie’s smile 😀 got Cody. He was impressed with her busy lifestyle, her work, her love of her friends and, they had a common interest in music. 🎶

It is such a special thing to know that you have found your soulmate – the one who you can rely on and trust and live life together. And these two have definitely lived in the now with what they have achieved over the past years. Particularly now as they own and run Bli Bli. Butchery together as they raise their two beautiful girls.

So to date – this is the first time I have heard of a couple meeting at a silent disco! 🎧 Generally that first meeting is filled with chatting and getting to know you – however this meeting they were both clearly impressed with each others dance 🕺 💃 moves!

Marriage to Jack means a life long bond and promise that connects two people – it unifies them. And what he can’t wait for is to start a family with Hannah once they have married. To have little Hannah and Jacks running around is something that he really looks forward to. 👼

Marriage to Hannah means to never give up. It means to choose your partner every day and know that they will be by your side forever. And Marriage – well she can’t wait for the Honeymoon and like Jack can’t wait to start a family!

And like most of our beautiful couples - a year later - that is well on its way to being fulfilled 👼 Congratulations!

‘Long Black Line’. Could be a name for a movie! 🎥 Yes their first recollections of each other was in a pool, and that fabulous place called ‘The marshalling Area’, when they used to see each other at swimming 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️ carnivals. Now clearly there was something that sparked, as they both remembered each other years later in 2015 when they joined the Uni Waterpolo team during unigames . And 9 years later … well the knot was finally sealed!

James loves so many things about Sandy – too many to list. However watching her grow into the most caring, kind and nurturing mother is hands down the most amazing thing about her. She doesn’t hesitate in putting both Kai and James first. She is always incredibly supportive, Kind, intelligent and loyal. There is nothing he would change about her – including her occasional fiery personality 😊

To be in love with James makes Sandy feel safe, secure and incredibly lucky. He makes her feel loved and makes her feel like she and Kai are his world. More so having him as Kai’s dad makes her fall in with him all over again.

Here’s to continuing to live a life filled with love, laughter and more mini James’s and Sandy’s to bless your life! Which at this time of writing - they have welcomed a beautiful little girl 👼to their family! A very big congratulations 🙌

Thanks to touch footy, speedy feet and definitely two people checking each other out on the footy field, the worst kept relationship secret quickly became an open book for all for these two lovebirds ❤️

To be in love with Taylor not only feels exciting, but for Andrew it also felt like a relief. A relief that he had finally found the love of his life and it was someone who was so down to earth and real.

Andrew makes Taylor feel like she is the only woman in the world, and this is such a special way to feel. She loves how he makes her laugh 🤭 and feel like they don’t have a care in the world.

Here’s to the day when you can set off and explore the world 🌎 and maybe even open that long dreamed for bakery. Here’s to the joy of watching your children grow into strong, independent souls who embrace life with love and excitement. Here to you both.

Now lucky for Paul, Kristene had just decided to give this on-line dating thing one more go but and just happened to swipe right one last time! She noticed Paul’s profile, thought Oh yeah he’s cute – but then read what was in his profile with him stating that he was not wanting anything serious. Well that certainly wasn’t what Kristene wanted, so she shut it down, only to discover a message from Paul the following morning asking if she’d like to meet. And as they say - this was the beginning of their forever after 😍 Clearly this was meant to be because only a mere 11 years 😀 after meeting, Paul decided to make it permanent and ask Kristene to marry him. 💍

Paul knew almost straight away that he wanted Kristene in his life forever. The connection he felt was strong and very much felt like he had found
his person. There is nothing about her that he would change. To him she is simply perfect.

Marriage to Kristene means to always be there and walk along side your person in the life that you create together – regardless of whether it is difficult or not. And being married – well she just can’t wait to call Paul her Husband and be called Mrs Bowley the last!!

Kristene, Paul here’s to an absolutely fabulous life together filled with an abundance of laughter, joy and watching homesteading! 😀
