Here’s a step-by-step guide for some fun kids yoga poses: Child’s Pose:Kneel on the floor, sitting back on your heels. Slowly lower your forehead to the ground and stretch your arms out in front of you. Take deep breaths and relax your body. Tree Pose: Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Shift your weight onto one foot and lift the other foot off the ground. Place the sole of your foot against the inner thigh or calf of your standing leg. Bring your hands together in front of your chest or extend them overhead like tree branches. Downward Dog:Start on your hands and knees, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your knees hip-width apart. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling, straightening your arms and legs.
