Perfect for your 15-19yo that’s wants to learn to cook, gaining a great life skill and independence 🩵
We cover 5 basic meals to not only steer them away from easy take away options but will spark their interest in cooking !

All classes include notes and recipes as well as interactive involvement and tasting.
They are limited to 16 people a class to maximise information for participants.
Classes will run between 1.5 and 2.5 hours!

As a Christmas special we are selling voucher, to these classes are $99pp or any 2 classes for $150
This will be supplied as two vouchers and can be used as one person for two classes or two people in the same class!

Following the popularity of the pack the last 6 years the HUX Christmas Pack is back!!

The Hux Christmas Packs come entirely chilled, with very simple reheating instructions on the parts that require it!

In saying that all 4 meats could be eaten and would be delicious cold should you be going somewhere without cooking facilities (Picnic/Beach ect)

Packs contain-

Smoked Wagyu Brisket
Smoked Pork Collar
Turkey Breast with pistachio and cranberry
Honey Glazed Ham

Potato Chorizo Salad
Pesto pasta, Sundried Tomato and spinach
Mexican Rice
Paprika Slaw

Pick up available Christmas Eve at The Station Birtinya

Packs designed to feed 10-12 people (everyone says they have lots left!)
You can order multiple packs !
$330 (first price increase in 4 years)
orders not confirmed until paid in full, cut off for orders the 1st of December but it will sell out well before then
