I can't believe it's been close to 3 years since we finished the overhaul of our new trailer ( and the end of Covid lockdowns ). It feels like just yesterday I was painstakingly finishing the mosaic on this oven !

But wow how far we've come as a small business since then... and how much renown the trailer has received since it's unveiling at our Markets stall back in May 2020.

Currently this is our primary trailer we use for our Eumundi Markets stall and private catering events - but is also available for private hire for you to explore and enjoy yourself !

Look at those flames !! There is an art to building the perfect fire in a wood fired oven and i think we have it down pat ! The ovens heat up for 2 hours before they're perfectly heated to cook your pizza with a thin and cripsy base 🍕 You can find our pizzas at Eumundi Markets every Wednesday and Saturday 9am - 2pm as well as NightQuarter every Friday and Saturday nights 4pm - 10pm
