🌸 Flower update 🌸
For those wondering why my farmstall has not been open of late... first of all, 🌧🌧🌧... but also, I've needed my flowers for my markets!
So! If you need some fresh blooms, or some handmade gifts for Christmas, come visit the Door of Hope this weekend!
Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December, 9.30-3pm. Door of Hope conference centre (opposite the entrance to Lexfun).
I'll have wreaths, ornaments, fresh flowers, dried posies, flower garlands, pressed flower magnets & cards...& more.
This will also be my last market for a while, so if you've been wanting to visit my stall, this weekend is your chance!
will be joining me with her delightful pottery creations. They always sell so fast, don't miss out!
I can't wait to have a peep around at some of the other stalls too!

I've been terrible at advertising this, but I'm so excited to be having a stall at this incredible market, among so many talented makers. Seriously, have a look at to see the talent they have lined up. You don't want to miss it!

I have a busy week ahead of making making making for you all! I will have a range of wreaths and more Christmas decor just in time for you to decorate your home for Christmas! As well as my dried flowers, cards, and many unique gifts for your loved ones. I'm hoping to bring some fresh flower bunches along as well 🌼

This sweet wreath went off to a new home today. Bought as a gift to brighten her friend's day 🩷
What a treasure flowers are. I feel grateful to be a part of making someone's day brighter. I really loved the colours in this wreath. Can't wait to make some more 🌸

Upcoming market! 💐

Petal & Posy will be at the Winter Makers Market on Saturday 27th July (next weekend!) 🌼
We'll be joined by the beautiful . We're both so excited to be doing it together! Please come and say hi 👋
I'll be giving you a sneaky peak over the next 2 weeks of what I've been working on for the market. Lots of dried flower goodness, as well as a lot of new ideas and creations with my dried blooms. AND a special collaboration with Tiny Love's pottery. Can't wait for you to see 🩷
It's a big market, with many many amazingly creative stall holders, definitely worth coming along. I've been meaning to share about this for a looong time as we've had it booked in since May! Better late than never 🤭

Definitely the hardest frost we've had so far 🥶 these photos were taken when I got home from school drop off. It had already started melting, so they don't really do justice. My goodness! Stay warm out there, friends ❄️🧤🩵

I had lot of fun creating this mini wreath 🌿 I sourced the branches to form the wreath, and added some of my dried flowers. I think it turned out pretty stinkin' cute!

This one was a gift for my sister. There is something so special about a handmade gift, knowing that someone has spent a lot of time thoughtfully creating something just for you, how they think you would like it best. They are always my favourite gifts to give 🫶

I plan on making more wreaths in the coming weeks. I have an array of colourful flowers to use up. Excited to see how they come together 🌼🪻🌸🌷🌾

My flower shed has been a work in progress over the past few months. I've been somewhat unmotivated to get back in here and finish setting it up and organising it. So my husband installed this super cute little freestanding fire for me to keep me cosy through the winter months. Already feeling more motivated 🥹 thanks babe.
Now to start cleaning up and sorting everything in here. There is much chaos behind this shot 🤣 and to me, chaotic workspace = chaotic mind. So determined to get into it. Watch this space 🫶

For those of you that don't know me personally, I lost my Mum to cancer back in 2016 when I was 21, and had previously lost my Dad to cancer too in 2010 when I was 16. I grew up very quickly, navigating being a teen with a sick parent, and then learning to adult with no parents. Not to mention the grief and pain of losing them both. It has been a lot to go through at my age, and my journey into Motherhood without their guidance and support has been so impossibly hard. The fact they never got to meet my kids, or that my kids never had the joy of knowing them, is devastating to me. Becoming a parent, gives you a whole new sense of appreciation for your own parents, and that makes me miss them so much more.
Diving into the gardening and my flower business has been so therapeutic for me, as they both loved gardening, and I feel somewhat connected to them when I'm out in the garden using some of their old tools. 🤍
I am very lucky and grateful for the people I do have in my corner, but I've missed being able to spoil my own Mum on Mother's Day. So I just want to do something nice for a fellow Mum who feels my same pain this Mother's Day, and spread smiles and joy as my Mum was well known for. I know she'd love the idea 🧡
