The Sydney Royal Easter Show is Australia’s largest annual event, attracting close to 900,000 people each year. It is a celebration of Australian culture, from our rural traditions to our modern day lifestyles, providing unique experiences for everyone. Each year the country and city join together to enjoy agricultural competitions, animal experiences, entertainment, carnival fun, shopping and muc

h more. The Show was first held in 1823 and is run by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, a not-for-profit organisation that promotes and rewards agricultural excellence. The Sydney Royal Easter Show allows the RAS to continue investing in agricultural programs and supporting rural communities in Australia.

This year the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome will come alive with a range of exquisite animal sculptures constructed by five amazing Australian artists, Kane Minogue, Mark Niglia, Stuart Taylor, Matt Sloane and Glen Star. On display throughout the Show, showgoers are encouraged to admire these handcrafted masterpieces, with many utilising recycled materials to bring life to scrap metal to form life-size exhibits.

This Good Friday, two prestigious and renowned polo teams will take up their saddles and mallets in the Main Arena at 4.30pm 🐎
Polo has been known as the Sport of Kings, a fitting title for this match as the Head of the royal family of the Jaipur State, and distinguished professional polo player in his own right, HH Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur will join his team at the Show.
Showgoers can be there to watch the excitement when Australia & India go head-to-head in this much-anticipated match of the season! 🏆
