Seating Chart Considerations: Your seating chart is an important on day stationery item! Here are few things to consider when planning for the seating chart:
1. Cut-off date : Find out how much time your printer needs and prep your seating list in time so there is enough time to get it done
2. List Format: You can have your list sorted by first name or last name. Last name as an option lets your guest know where they and their family are seated.
3. Last min guest changes: There will always be last min guest changes. If seating chart is done, make sure someone at the venue is aware of this so your guest are not lost.
