I recently did some food shopping and noticed our big retailers have started stocking honeycomb. Out of curiosity I picked up the container… every batch looked faded, dry and aged, not to mention they charge much more per gram then your local bee farms. Trust me when I say, freshness MATTERS and will make all the difference to a charcuterie experience. This is how a honeycomb should look: rich and deep in colour, soft and crumbly to touch, and very sweet to taste. We have always used Australian small businesses for our product such as .honey & , which is why you get the best tasting platters. 🥰
