🌸 FEEL GOOD FRIDAY 🌸 As Valentine's Day came to an end, we found ourselves with leftover flowers that we didn't want to go to waste. We decided to visit an aged care community in our area and spread a little love and cheer. As we walked through the doors, the smiles on the residents' faces made it all worth it. We handed out the flowers, taking the time to chat with the individuals. It was heartwarming to see the joy that simple gestures of kindness could bring. Many of the residents were alone on Valentine's Day, while others had no clue it was Valentine's week and our visit really made a difference in their day. We left feeling fulfilled and grateful for the opportunity to brighten someone else's day. As we drove away, we couldn't help but reflect on the impact that small acts of kindness can have. Sometimes, it's easy to forget the power of a simple gesture, but our experience at the aged care community was a powerful reminder. So, as Valentine's Day may be over, the spirit of love and kindness lives on. We may have wrapped up our visit for the week, but we will continue to look for opportunities to spread love and positivity wherever we go. As we come to the end of this year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a part of our journey. We are taking a much-needed break until January 15th to recharge and prepare for an even better year ahead. This year, we had the opportunity to be a part of 62 events and to us, that is a major achievement. 💫 In today's world, where social media presence seems to be everything, we have found that good old offline marketing and word of mouth have been our biggest allies. When we're working on florals for Camilla's event, we remind ourselves how we're creating something special for a true diva. 💛 Reflection on Daffodil Week 💛 It's heartbreaking to know that one in every two Australians will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85.
