We were honoured to host the 16th Annual HITH Society Australasia Scientific Conference at SMC over an incredible 3 days! 🎉

Last week, we proudly hosted the 5th International Conference on Transportation Geotechnics (ICTG 2024) at SMC! Over four incredible days, 450 delegates from around the world gathered to exchange knowledge, explore innovative solutions, and shape the future of transportation infrastructure.

What an incredible night! Last Friday, the NSW/ACT Gala Presentation Dinner marked a perfect conclusion to the 2024 7NEWS Community Achievement Awards campaign, and SMC was honoured to be the sponsoring venue for this special event.

A leading environmental advocacy organisation hosted a three-day, carbon-neutral, vegetarian-focused conference at Sydney Masonic Centre. The event aimed to minimise its carbon footprint and deliver a diverse and appealing vegetarian menu.
Key challenges included creating a varied vegetarian menu that catered to all attendees and aligning the venue’s operations with sustainability goals.

The SMC team crafted daily rotating menus with global cuisines, fresh salads, and indulgent desserts, using locally sourced ingredients to minimise environmental impact.

The conference was highly successful, with over 160 attendees praising the exceptional vegetarian cuisine and the overall commitment to sustainability.
