Join and for the WORLD’S FIRST gay ice bath event at Coogee Beach!

Make this Mardi Gras one to remember with a big, icy dopamine hit 🏳️‍🌈🧊🙌

Meet and connect with a bunch of other like-minded LGBTQ+ humans doing some fun, challenging sh*t at the beach

However you identify, all from the LGBTQ+ community and their allies are welcome to enjoy a wholesome morning of icebreaker activities (get it), breathwork and cold immersion

This is a safe, inclusive space where you can be yourself and celebrate your unique identity while boosting your resilience, mood, and mental health 🧠🦄

You’ll also receive a complimentary brain drink after your dunk from our friends at get the chance to throw some shapes at our silent disco courtesy of AND win some prizes courtesy of 🤩
