Terms and conditions
The following Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the “Client” prior to “MeMon Event Hire” making the goods or services available to the “Client”. Hire Charges and Delivery
All delivery fees are being made to street level. If delivery is required to higher ground level, we must be notified before deposit is paid as extra surcharge applies. Items that are being collected f

rom us must be returned back to us on Monday between 10am and 8pm. Late Fees of $10 per day apply to items returned after Monday. Amount will be deducted from security bond
All hire rates are ONLY for the hiring of products and not for any other services.

2. Invoicing, Payment
Payment for hire of goods and services must be made by:
50% Deposit of the total quoted fee on ordering within 3 days of invoice issue date. Without deposit, we can not hold your items
Deposits are non refundable or transferrable
Delivery cannot be confirmed unless full payment has been received 14 days prior to event. If order placed less than 14 days from event date, then payment in full is required
Payment must be made by Cash, or bank transfer.

3. Bond
A bond will be held by MeMon Event Hire until the safe return or pickup of all products in the same condition as was hired out to the client, please note this excludes any minor wear and tear. All bonds will then be returned to the client excluding any fees that may have been incurred due to late fee/extension fee and/or breakage/damage fee

4. Cancellation
If through circumstances beyond the control of MeMon Event Hire, MeMon Event Hire is unable to provide good when it has already been accepted but haven’t received the deposit, then MeMon Event Hire may:
Make changes to the goods provided or
Cancel any order (even if it has already been accepted) by notice in writing. The Hirer may cancel an order but will forfeit all booking deposits. For orders cancelled 14 days prior to the event date, the balance of the invoiced fee is due in full.

5. The Hirer’s Obligations
The Hirer will:
Hire the items at its own risk, and esponsibility for the items hired from the time of its delivery until collection by or return to MeMon Event Hire
Agrees not remove the items without asking us, and must not sub-hire
Assumes the risk of and hold the Owner harmless from and against any and all property damage and personal injury resulting from:
- The use of the Equipment;
- Contact with underground cables, pipes, services or other obstructions; and
- All necessary surface repairs.
- Use the Equipment in a proper, safe and prudent manner and only for the purpose and capacity for which it was designed.
- Will pay for all cleaning or drying costs and for any damage resulting from not properly drying, cleaning the Equipment. Client must ensure that goods are kept in a safe place, and protected from any damage from weather including wind and rain.

6. Photos
The Client consents to MeMon Event Hire use of event photos for marketing purposes provided to MeMon Event Hire whether for profit or not.
