🎥 Super 8mm Analogue Film: For couples who adore a vintage aesthetic, we now offer the nostalgic beauty of Super 8mm film to capture the timeless essence of your special day.

🚗 V12 Century Limousines: Joining our wedding transport fleet, these iconic Japanese masterpieces offer unparalleled craftsmanship and a ride so smooth, it feels like magic.

Pepper June, a leading name in the Sydney wedding industry, is on the lookout for a highly motivated and organised Creative Services Coordinator to join our growing team long term. If you thrive in dynamic roles and love contributing to creating unforgettable moments, we want to hear from you!

About the Role
In this full-time position, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that make every day different. Your tasks will include:
* Preparing and managing client quotes.
* Liaise with clients for photo booth & wedding transport bookings
* Setting up and decommissioning photo booths for events
* Running photo booth jobs (up to 15 weekend days annually)
* Organising and briefing contractors.
* Cleaning and maintaining the office environment.
* Prepping and washing wedding cars
* Handling general office tasks, such as shopping, post office runs, etc.
* Assisting with photo culling when required

About You
Qualifications
* Proficient in both Windows and Mac systems.
* A full driver’s license (manual transmission capability is a plus).
* Familiarity with the Sydney wedding industry.
* Understanding of photography.
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite programs is a bonus.

Personality Traits
* A self-starter who is extremely organised.
* A creative problem solver who can think outside the box.
* Friendly and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
* Critical attention to detail required

What We Offer
* A full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to $70,000 DOE.
* The flexibility of occasional work-from-home days.
* The opportunity to work with a renowned name in the Sydney wedding industry.

 Dalena & Khoi’s wedding at over the weekend was nothing short of unforgettable! From the cheeky vows to the wildest dance floor, these two brought all the love and energy.
