As we step into this new year, I hope the Community Flower Studio (CFS) will be a place of support for those who find creative arts help boost their mental wellbeing. For those who have 'fallen through the cracks' of mainstream mental health services, may you find strength in peer-led recovery programs.

As Youth Action prepares to appear before the Standing Committee on Social Issues on loneliness today, we have just released a new representative poll of 1000 young people aged 15-24 across NSW.

87% of young people said that loneliness was a major issue for them and their peers.
