We understand life gets in the way, and sometimes our clients have a lot going on.
We would like to remind you of our processes, and how it works:
1️⃣ You enquire via Phone or DM
2️⃣ We get all the required information from you and provide a quote.
3️⃣ If customer moved ahead, formal invoice is sent via email
4️⃣ We require a NON REFUNDABLE 15% in order to lock in booking.
5️⃣ You can pay the deposit via our online link OR pay the full amount.
We require some type of payment BEFORE the day of your event.
Late cancellations will mean, we keep the initial deposit.
🚩Make sure you have received our invoice via email - sometimes it goes straight to junk folder.
