Sharing one of our favourites: Jazzed up corn on the cob. The tastiest corn you’ll have. So easy and simple and tastes soooo good! You can thank us later! Recipe 👇🏼 . Ingredients: bbq grilled corn cobs whole egg mayo sriracha chilli sauce grated parmesan cheese . Method: 1. Add two tablespoons of whole egg mayo to a mixing bowl and mix through a good squeeze of sriracha sauce. Mix to your liking, adding more sriracha if you like it hot. 2. Cover grilled corn with the sriracha mayo mixture. Easiest way to spread the mayo mixture is with a butter knife or spoon. 3. Once covered in sriracha mayo mixture, roll the corn in parmesan cheese 4. Enjoy! . Best using warm/hot corn cobs so that the cheese melts a little. Great as a side dish. Always a crowd pleaser.
