This year's Lego Christmas gift - they just keep getting better and better! Have to laugh, as this beautiful Chrysanthemum is made using Lego bananas! 🍌🍌🍌

🌿🍃 Christmas may be over but the floral arrangements are still very fresh and alive almost two weeks later. 🙂

Think of using long lasting foliages such as Cypress (Leyland or similar), Japanese box, Woolly Bush, Dusty Miller to give an elegant green and silver base, then adding in some long lasting natives such as silver leucodendron nuts and gumnuts. For a touch of white, Lisianthus and Singapore Orchids last extremely well and can be replaced after a week or so if needed.

Choosing long lasting foliages will privide arrangements that can be enjoyed for both pre Christmas and Christmas Day celebrations and quite heat tolerant.

A thank you arrangement for a lovely lady who is a fantastic organiser! Dahlias, Chrysanthemums, Queen Anne's Lace, Billy Buttons and Dancing Ladies, sit amongst a bed of Banksia leaves. Enjoy!

Christmas has nearly arrived! Time to put up a wreath on the front door and bring some extra colour and joy to your home. This wreath was made using dried Jasmine vine and decorated with bleached Banksia pods, painted gumnuts and colourful flowers. A cheerful and welcoming door decoration!

💐💐💐 Lots of our lovely thank you bouquets went out this week. Love the yellow Billy Buttons - they were almost the size of a golf ball.

This time of year is abundant with formals, graduations and parties. Corsages and matching buttonholes are perfect accessories for these occasions. This corsage would look stunning against a sage, bronze, lemon or simple cream dress!

🌹Couldn’t let spring pass without showing off the stunning Pierre De Ronsard climbing rose. A single stem can have up to 25 large blooms, almost a ready made bouquet 💐🙂 and blooms every year without fail. This one is around 20+ years old. A fabulous addition to any garden.

A mixed spring floral arrangement, with stunning native Grevilleas and Geraldton wax intermingled with a gorgeous purple Alstroemeria and white Viburnum buds. A perfect floor arrangement!

A floral table arrangement using a cocus palm seed pod as the vessel. Using viburnum with flower buds, before they open, adds a lovely contrast, in both colour and size, to the huge orange clivia blooms. A bright and natural arrangement!

Bought this gorgeous little bud vase in Esperence, WA at a glass recycling studio (see photos two and seven for more detail). Artist, , is the creator of this vase and has cut and ground the bottle before sandblasting it to enhance the bottle's texture. When combined with other bud vases and pretty spring flowers, it creates a beautiful display!

💐🌹’Shimmer’, the prettiest rose we love using to add soft apricot tones to bouquets and arrangements. The wavy petals offer a lovely contrasting texture when mixed with other roses varieties.
