That’s right. The Yia Mas family is expanding with the addition of our second baby! 💚 We have made the decision to focus on our growing family and take a temporary break from Yia Mas. This doesn’t mean goodbye though, we will be back in 2025 with an even greater purpose and passion to cater for all our wonderful clients. So until then, thank you to all who have been with us on our journey so far and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for Yia Mas! ☺️🍴

Meet the faces behind Yia Mas ☺️👋🏼
We are John and Christina, husband and wife, duo of Yia Mas and would love to share with you our story.
John is an experienced, creative and passionate chef who is currently head chef of Percy Plunkett in Penrith. Christina is a secondary history teacher in a Blue Mountains high school.
Food, cooking and eating has been a fundamental part of our 10 year relationship. Sharing food together means everything to us and so came the creation of Yia Mas. 🥂
The idea of a catering business had been an idea we had discussed for a while before deciding after our son’s first birthday to make this crazy idea our reality! We had catered so many family events that we knew it was something we were called to do.
It’s been a year and a half of us providing fresh, delicious and authentic catering food to the Penrith, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains region. Whether it is on site catering or catering boxes, Yia Mas can provide you with memorable food for your event.
Thank you to everyone who has followed us on this journey so far and has ordered food. It’s been a privilege so far to provide and share food with sooo many wonderful people. We can’t wait to keep cooking for you all. ❤️

OMCC Father's Day Raffle
This year OMCC is raising money for PANDA who provides mental health support for expecting and new families. They have specific resources just for Dads, which we think is a great cause to support in the lead-up to Father’s Day. https://panda.org.au/
Our community has come together to support PANDA and all proceeds for the ticket sales will be donated to PANDA. Tickets will go on sale from Monday 22nd August 2022 for $2.00 each.
Families within the service will be allocated tickets to sell and other tickets can be purchased directly from the service.
Tickets need to be returned by 9am Friday 2nd September to be included in the raffle with the name and phone number of the ticket purchaser. The raffle will be drawn at 9.30am with winners notified the same day.
Some of our prizes are fresh produce and will need to be collected from the service by the winner by 6.00pm Friday 2nd September. If they can not be collected OMCC reserves the right to redraw for a winner who can collect the prize.
