👌🏻 Two-chicken and chorizo intense flavour paella !!

Homemade sofrito, smoked and spicy chorizo from Rodriguez Bros cooked with chicken thighs and the right seasoning (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil) on the drumettes are today’s recipe.

Could be the key to success because I’ve already been told it didn’t last long in the pan !! 🥘

Amazing experience enjoying a Cooking Japanese Class with, on the menu, karaage chicken, pork and vegetable gyoza dumplings 🥟 and a to-die-for Japanese Cheesecake !!!
