Truffle lovers! Share your favourite dish with me⬇️⬇️⬇️

Today I made prosciutto egg cups with truffle brie cheese by
I bought this delicious cheese from my local but I've seen it around at the local fruit stores.

It's currently truffle season in Australia and it goes until September. Black truffles taste earthy, nutty, a little sweet, and somewhat mushroomy. It's paired well with eggs, pasta and risotto.

Later this week, I will upload a video on how I made this dish.
