First in best dressed - we usually run out of BBQ space so get in quick.
Brisket: $45/kg (can do single orders of 500g for $25)
Pulled lamb: $45/kg (can do single orders of 500g for $25)
Pulled pork $40/kg (can do single orders of 500g for $20)
We had a few queries about smaller orders, so are now offering the 500g prices.
All cold orders will be cryovacced and will be keep well for around 4 weeks. You can even freeze them if you want to keep them longer. Heating instructions will be supplied.

**INKBIRD 2 probe smart wireless BBQ thermometer review **
The folks over at Inkbird asked us to review their 2 probe bluetooth thermometer and we are really happy we did!
Full review in the video but in summary it is a great little unit. Good signal coverage, easy to use app and lots of BBQ friendly options. This is not a fan unit - its is a temperature unit only and will monitor your internal and/or ambient pit temp.
