Plenty of fish in the sea but these Relyenong Bangus AKA "Stuffed Milkfish" are most popular during the Christmas season.

Lots of hard work, time and love come from the creators of this delicious meal.

The milkfish is deboned and the meat is cooked with vegetables and spices before it is stuffed back into the fish. Then it is baked to a golden crisp in the oven.

A great addition to a Christmas banquet, family meal or a gift for friends. I find it complements a nice glass of wine too ๐Ÿ™‚
