I came to Behind The Mask 16 years ago. Back then, we were primarily a Costume Hire Business. Since then, the store has grown considerably and along with the extensive hire catalogue, we now sell good quality costumes and a large range of accessories. Unlike many cheap shops, we know our costumes and accessories and we have dedicated change rooms.

Now, with children that have grown and moved interstate, we have decided to pack up and join them in Victoria.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible during these difficult times, our Retail Store Hours are changing. Our Penrith store will be shifting to "Online Only" Mondays and Tuesday, starting on Monday 20 May 2024.

Hours will remain normal for Wednesday to Saturday to ensure we are able to give you the best possible access to browse and try on any costuming needs you have.

We have many licensed costumes and accessories for sale, and remain one of the only local shops to allow you the opportunity to try on costumes in our dedicated change rooms.

Our Hire Costumes remain well priced and are one of your best options to look your best at your next party.
