2024 officially wrapped up last week, and what an incredible experience it was! The Las Vegas event offered a brilliant chance to connect with industry professionals, form new relationships, and catch up with old friends. I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to expand my learning and knowledge by visiting new venues and making new contacts along the way.

A special thanks to Elliott Miller from for hosting an amazing weekend pre-famil in Los Angeles, and to Sue Boyle from and for their input into Elliott’s agenda (though I am not sure my behind will ever recover from that bike ride!😂) and for their hospitality in showing us some LA highlights, particularly in Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills.

Thanks also to our host hotels in LA – in Santa Monica; Kim Dorfman (Director of Group Sales Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows) and ; Antoinette Kennedy – Director of Entertainment & Leisure Sales, both very generous with their time and hospitality (dinner at both venues was amazing and their company delightful!).
