Since our inception in 1996 with inaugural clients such as Government House, corporate boardrooms such as Macquarie Bank and Lend Lease, and major event companies such as the extraordinary David Grant Special Events, the Clifford Wallace Agency has been continually renowned for excellence as a Sydney specialist in supervising and staffing front-of-house.

Today, we are still the leader in hospitality services, regarded for our continued commitment to excellence, providing the best quality, well-groomed, fully-trained, and reliable waiters, supervisors, bar-tenders, baristas, hosts and hostesses, cloak room attendants, concierges, runners, kitchen hands, cooks and chefs, to Sydney functions – from small private catering events to large gala extravaganzas.

Clifford Wallace Agency can supply your front-of-house or back-of-house hospitality staff at short notice on an hourly rate to supplement your catering business, boardroom, function centre, pub bar cafe or restaurant; we also specialise in staffing pop-ups and special events. Although we also work with many long term hospitality venues with staffing of ongoing hospitality labour hire needs.
